Dear Seniors,
can someone suggest me the solution for the below mentioned problem.
While switching off and on the machine,the finisher tray will go down,and not coming up start making noise and error e540-8001 comes.There is nothing blocking the tray movement,because its coming down movement is smooth.sound comes when it tries to go up.
So kindly request to give me a solution asap.
Also request to share the service manual if anyone having(Booklet Finisher D1).
is there any steps to do the sensor intensity check like what we are doing in IR 7105.
