No Display Canon IRA C2030

Hi Guys,
Just curious.... we bought a Canon IRA C2020 from the leasing company and the display will not light up...we canged the control panel but still the same thing.
Any other ideas?

Hi Doug,

Had this issue before and for us it turned out to be the reader controller, we also tested the control panel on other devices and worked perfectly.

FIXED! You have made my Thanksgiving...I got up and went to the shop this morning with your reply and fixed the machine...it was the reader controller.
