    IRAC3325I and U Docx

    at a customers request I installed Web Access Software H1 as the customer is trying to scan using Udocx. now the customer is asking what is "Enable Canon Scan Service Provider" anyone have any insite?

    Check whether an application named "Service Provider" is installed under "MEAP Application Management".
    If it is not, please get in contact with your Canon partner, as the Service Provider needs to be obtained from Canon.
    **Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**

      thanks for the reply Techat I contacted Canon and there reply here in Canada was they don't know and they don't support it

        i think you have the wrong Canon Web Access Software

        H1 is without Service Provider

        J1 is with Service Provider (see link from techkat number 2) or here --> Canon Web Access Software-J1@E | Part No: 4848B025AA | Best Prices
