    [Misc] Touch screen is not working.

    Hi
    My canon ir 3300 touch screen is not working. but machine is start. only power light(green) glowing. please tell me what do i do?

      ok so the screens backlight / power is gone?

      you can print etc, from the machine? this proves its in a functional state and not some weird power save option

      have you checked cables & Connectors?
      does the machine have a webpage you can access?

      Id say its either the machine is not actually powering up to full state which is most likely Power Supply (240v if in aus)
      or just a faulty screen, is there any noticible damage (cracks, breaks, etc)
      Can you fix it........we can fix anything its just how many parts do u wanna pay for

          In the machine having LAN card, but how to set IP address, without display to print documents.
