Hi folks, I have this tough dog giving me sleepless nights. The machine is basically funtioning especially when you select drawer 1 & bypass tray, BUT a message keeps on displaying, alternately, LOAD PAPER DRAWER 2:A4, LOAD PAPER DRAWER 4- G-LGL, LOAD PAPER DRAWER 3. I have manipulated all the settings in user mode connected with paper settings. Any suggestions based on similar experience is most welcome. counter reading 296k. thanks in advance.

Not sure if this relates to your machine but when I get the load paper message I usually swap out or remove and blow out the sensors on the feed unit, I have done this many times on 2880,5000 series machines but not yours. I prefer to use a compressor to clean them at the workshop and carry one in my car.
hope this helps.

1.If the machine has two cassettes, there is a pcb located on the lower cassette that you have to replace.
2.Check on the paper sensor flag black in colour and see wether it is active.
3.Interchange the sensors to rule out a defective sensor.
4.Check for proper connection from the DC controller pcb.Comment
