Canon IRA C2225 Skewing on 2nd Side Duplexing

Hi Guys,
I have a canon IRA C2225 that is skewing copies on 2nd side....sometimes every copy, then maybe about every 8th to 10th copy.
Machine has 82,000 copies on it ...I've cleaned feed wheels,rollers,etc. and still does it.
Anyone ever seen this/ Oh and it does it out of every cassette, does not matter.
