temperature ceramic heat fixing does not cause the error 00001-0002 what anyone can help me if this occurs in the power supply , dc control. or fixing assembly . temperature. temperature of only 30"celcius centigrade . thank you

Have you reset the error? Mode service> function >clear >error>ok..... Turn off an turn on the machine

can not clear error in the service mode . 001-002 error element is still not hot . What should I do in addition to service mode .

Try to change the fixing assembly if not the power supply have no power up the assembly
