[Jamming] i sensys 8300 jamming, not pickup rollers

Hi, I know these aren't "proper copiers" but I'm also gonna post this in canon printers and the HP forum because the print engines are the same.
We have had several of these jamming at registration or at fuser exit randomly and intermittantly.
Most of the time fitting new pick-up and seperation rollers fixes jamming on these things but not always. Jam codes indicate reg and pickup jams.
The following machines all have the same engines and all appear to be doing the same thing, although i've never seen one do it. The customer always phone up the next day saying "It's still jamming"
Canon i sensys 8300, mf 8230, hp laserjet cm 2320, hp pro 400, hp m476 mfp

Any help would be much appriciated.
    Thanks.
