I stumbled across this site from google search engine. I been stuck on this old canon color copier c3200 without c-1 rip. I delivered the unit and during loading dropped the fixing unit and broke parts that i had to plastic weld back together. which was a success but after this the machine would no longer boot, receiving hard drive failure. I took out the harddrive put it in my computer and windows would detect the 9 partitions but couldn't access any of the drives. Pretty much harddrive crash and will need to replace with a new HDD. To my problem I aquired the service support tool but don't have any files to format the hard drive partition with and don't have the system software. I spent $1000 buying new toner and drums for the copier and frustrated with the copier not working. Anyone happen to have a copy of the software or firmware for this canon c3200 w/ N2 finisher. I can get the copier to go to download mode and the computer servicing the copier to connect but have no software or firmware to upload it to the machine. if anyone can help please send to jelovely3s@gmail.com.
