please your help there is a paper jam in the inverter output paper brand me code delay PS76 (imagePRESS C1 +) paper gets stuck when to turn around and leave gets stuck where these those 8 strips at the entrance and the paper creases and fails

Pull out the fixing feed drawer and see if the non op side of the duplex drawer is hanging down farther than the Op side.
They should be even and almost flush with the underside of the frame.


Suspect that the duplex holding area may be warped.
Bend the hinge upwards on the Duplex holding tray so that the tray is even all of the way across.
the duplex holding tray and hinges may need to be replaced if issue returns
