    Blue lines / stripes canon irc 5185i

    Suddenly my printer canon IRC 5185i is printing blue lines ... B&W printing and copy is fine. Even I have done drum cleaning, adjustment and pg-10 also in service mode but no success. Kindly check the attached images.

    Any help will be appreciated.

      Did u pull out the CYAN DRUM and check it's surface.

          I agree. Looks like a bad cyan drum.
