    Canon iradv 7260i

Hi all just a question for you.Has anyone had issues with the drums breaking on the drive at the rear?we seem to have quite a few failing early with no clear pattern as to what's causing it.They can be a mixture of mAchines with some doing full bleed prints and others just regular office copying.I escalated this to canon but they didn't have any definitive answers,so I'm posting here to get any possible answers/solutions

    __Execute Service Mode Level 1>COPIER>FUNCTION>INSTALL>INISET-"x"

    __Execute Service Mode Level 1>COPIER>FUNCTION>INSTALL>TD-AD-"x"

__Change Service Mode Level 1>COPIER>OPTION>FNC-SW>INTROT-1>200 to 50

__Change Service Mode Level 2>COPIER>ADJUST>DENS>LLMT-PT-"x">0 to 1

    __Change Service Mode Level
    2>COPIER>OPTION>IMG-DEV-DEVL-VTH>0 to 1
    Execute__Settings/Registration>Maintenance>Adjust Image Quality>Auto Adjust Gradation>Full Adjust

    __Change__Settings/Registration>Preferences>Timer/Energy Settings>Low to High

Canon is saying the drums are over 100% that are breaking. Has been happening since the 70xx series. They have done nothing about it I am aware of. I just know if I run test page 10 and one of the colors is missing that is the first place to look.
