Request for iR2016 latest system software

Hi everybody,

I have in my workshop a Canon iR2016 which needs its system software to be updated because it shows "Download Standby". This issue started with a current drop out.

I would need the newest (ver61.02) system software for the Canon iR2016, I will appreciate very much if somebody could give it to me.

had a 1023 that said that. Had to replace the image processor to fix.

How do you do that ? Do you have to replace the image processor physically to make the copier running again ?
Is this an old copier ?
