i have a very wierd problem with canon ir5570 the paper jams when exit the the heater unit, i checked the jam code it was as shown in the figure ps35 dealy jam.
i checked the inlet sensor it looks good, i checked the upper front and rear gear and the lower and its bearings ,i changed the left door that handels the fingers ,i changed the transfer corona and changed the registration unit ,the heater one way motor also the one way gear ,and the machine still jams from one copy or print,i totally dizzy i dont know what cos this.
i changed all the unit 1 with another one it worked very well, i changed all the parts (upper,lower) and all works . Can any one help me in this .
by the way i tried the effected unit on other machine also made same problem.

those tie wraps cause a lot of hidden damage and visible damage (if u inspect close enough )
