7105 E805-0001

Dear Friends,

I have this error code E805 when i booted up the machine.

I look through the service manual and change the fan, and dc con. Same error happen.

The machine went thru a full boot up, then the fan stop. It happens when i open up the cover and pull out unit 1.

Any bros have any idea what should i look for next?

The error code E805-0001 is occurring every time the machine is warming up.

The error indicates a problem with the fixing heat discharge fan FM2.
The fan spins until the error code displays.
The FM2 fan was swapped with FM20 which should have changed the error to E805-0002, if the fan was the cause.

The error did not change confirming the fan was not the cause.


Workaround :
In this case the solution was to replace the Relay PCB (FM2-4361-000).

I managed to solve the E805 issue. thought was something worst like main con or dc con.
