[Misc] Adjusting the devs on an imagePress C1

Hello everyone.

I had to change the rear holders (adjustment block) of one developer on the C1. Now i have some trouble adjusting the right spring tension to the adjustment-block to have a perfectly even distance from brush to opc. The printed image (PG5) is lighter on one side...

Is there a special tool for that, or a trick?
