converted copier from unit with finisher and buffer pass unit to plain copier.Only when trying to duplex it jams. when paper is is feeding back into the third paper delivery unit from roller duplex feeder. When we converted copier did we forget to turn something on or off. Thanks everyone

I would check the top paper sensor and check the top flag moves freely.

Did the machine have a output tray on the right door?

have you reinstall the 2 lever sensors back on the copier..?

He is right. You take off lower flag when putting buffer in. Take off both flags when putting inner finisher in. If you have jams and those flags are in you need to replace the sensors with the new style in 2nd 3rd assembly. If it did not jam before it is flag or sensor out of place. Also you can put a tray on the right side door, turn that off in service mode if no tray.
