Canon IR 3225/35

Hi,
We have a Canon IR 3225 machine in our workplace and I want to monitor the number of copies each or specific employee is using. Can we create Users and keep a check on this?? Also can we have some kind of security access like password or swipe cards etc.

sure you can ,press on the common settings id manager as i remember put it on then create users , use numbers for the id and the passwords also you can manage copy,print,scan.
