CANON IR 2018 i don't know login

I have a problem whit my canon ir 2018. I maked a user in dep. id mode and i dont know whay don't leve me to login maybe i dont remeber the user and password. Cuasten how can i reset to default setings whitoute login. i hawe every manual but don't help me.

1 more thing i know the dep. ID user and passw. bat the printer whant to login in user mod and that i dont know.

hi dear.if you want to clear the password .first go through the service mode(* 28 *)then choose by arrows (CLEAR)press (OK)then pick (PWD)
&press (OK)again
if you want clear it all so you have to choose (ALL)
