    Canon DR-G1100 scanner

    Greeting everyone

Our company started selling these scanner and from the look of things so far they do a better job than the Kodak that we sold before. However, (and I think this is a security feature) when the users scan a check though, the image shows up black. like it would when you scan or try to copy money.

Has anyone come across this issue?

I couldn't file anything in the user manual that tells me about this.

    Thanks in advance

Is there a hologram on check_?

    Like Securiguard_?
Anti-copy Technology – Proprietary technology compromises reproduction on the majority of commonly used copiers. Fraudsters will end up with a black or blank page, no matter the quality of the copier they use.
