Already cleared message board suport link through RUI,also try to change the hardisc.........but still same

Message should be cleared by performing MMI clear.
OK, then Power cycle machine Off and then back On.

MMI Clear will remove information pertaining to the Machine User Settings, such as, ID Modes, ID Group, Passwords, Mode Memory, IP Addresses and network settings. It does not delete address book.
Re-enter Network information:
Go to Preferences > Confirm Network connection Set changes and Turn On > TCP/IP settings > IPv4 Settings > IP Address Settings and re-enter information. Close the window and re-boot copier to a working condition.
