[Jamming] ImagePress C1 - Jam on A3 size Paper

Hello.

One of our C1's is jamming the A3 paper always at the exact same position.
See attached pics.
I am trying to perform a gradation adjustment, using papper from tray 3.

Any ideas how to solve that?

*Edit*: Same jam for using the bypass tray.
Happens with Plain and Heavy paper.
