I have a customer that has upgraded their Canon irc3580 to a Ricoh MPC3003 & they want to copy their address book & ID codes across to the Canon.
Now I know they both use a different format, but I've been given a program that apparently converts the Canon file to one the Ricoh will understand.
Has anyone else used this with any success? I feel this issue will be with the Canon to Ricoh ID codes, they each work in a different way.
