[Misc] Copy card reader F1

Can anybody help ?
My salesman has sold a customer 1 x irADV3335 and 3 x ir2030s all with copy card reader F1 attached (might be E1 on the 2030s).
Customer wants to be able to monitor print usage and also require users to have to use the card to release their print jobs.
Sounds to me like he should have sold uniflow or ULM. However this is what they've got.
Does anyone know if it is possible to achieve this with the aforementioned card reader system ?

Looking increasingly like my prat of a salesman has cocked up.
Aint gonna get any print accounting with a non MEAP machine like 2530.
