Stopping at reg sensor every time out of every tray not getting to the reg roller. i would assume pre reg sensor. i cleaned all pre reg and reg sensors but no luck. need to check these sensors in service mode but not familiar with the sensor test on this one. unless someone has seen this before and has a solution. help appreciated.
