ImagePress C1 - Second print with density drop

Hello everybody.

One of our C1's drops the density after the first print.


After several E20's i decided to change ATR- and Patch sensors to new ones. Also grid and wire of main corona are brandnew. Checked the HV BIAS cable.

Please see attached pic.

As the first print comes out totally good, and the second imediately looses all density i don't really have an idea what else to do...

EDIT: All following prints look exactly like print 2
Second EDIT: After then performing a quick auto gradation adjust, the next print came out fine again. The following was weak again like print 2. Then E20-0186

Check for broken black plastic cover and slide on the P-kit. Inspect primary charge.

Checked the plastic part and the main corona slider. All good.
How do i check primary charge?
