Canon IRA C2225 Skewing on 2nd Side Duplexing

Hi guys, I have replaced the paper feed rollers coming out of the cassette and the customer called back to say its skewing again on the 2nd side of their bulletin...
This will be the fourth call back for this customer, I sure hope I can fix it when I go back...please help.

Logic would be to check the duplexer and all it's rollers, but you might make sure that it's not the original that gets skewed first. by trying a single sided original to a 2 sided copy and keep the same original on the glass, not the doc feeder.
unless it does it when you print, then ignore everything I said about the originals.
