I'd appreciate any help with Jam code 0118. I followed all steps described on this topic elsewhere. Paper doesn't get past the registration roller. Installed brand new CL2 (reg.), checked CL5 (pre-reg) and tested fine, changed M1 motor with another unit, all vertical rollers are in good condition, replaced pre-reg sponge roller. Sensors PS5, PS60 and PS47 all show proper signal on DC-CON. What am I missing, please look at the picture. First paper stuck at registration roller with Z fold, the second one (why?) trying to get there when making 1 copy single side. Any ideas, thanks in advance.

Front bearing (XG9-0250-000 item 49 of figure 102) on metal shaft (NPN !) that drives foam rubber roller ( FB4-3731-000)item 6 on figure 102 int components) had worn into the metal shaft= creating play, so intermitant but frequent jams. Jams

As above ,bearings have gone,seized ,cuts into the shaft, it starts moving back to front, no drive, getting hold of them could be an issue, you can pad it out a bit with circlips.Comment
