[Error Code] c5030, E733-0000

Canon c5030 displays the error E733-0000. Entering service mode the only button available is Copier, all others have disappeared from the screen. Going into function > clear > ERR (or anything else) the machine freezes. This started right after a P Print which only partially printed.
Following the manual I replaced main controller 2, haven't replaced dc controller yet.

No, I haven't upgraded software or firmware. I recall seeing a post that mentioned a software upgrade fixed this error.

I have SST but I need the c5030 system software. Unfortunately network security at the machine's location seems to be interfering with connections to Canon's servers. I can download from my office. I just need the link. On the other hand, I have 5 more c5030's. Can the software be copied from one of them to a pc and then copied onto the problem machine?

Think about what you done before the error occur. I remember once a broke a cable which seem contact the metal frame causing a similar issue.
If you do not know. Try to boot the machine with unplug one cabel connecting to sensors or other componets each time form the DC control Board, if a different error code shows. Check the cable you unplug.

Problem solved. It was the Relay Board (FM3-7935-000).
