Canon c3220 E0247-0001 errror code

    Canon c3220 E0247-0001 errror code

    I am working on a canon c3220 and it has an error code E0247-00001. The code is not in the book and I have removed ALL the connectors and re-seated them, replaced all the drums and transfer belt, cleared the error code and when I powered it up it came up with the error code.

    It does cycle while its loading from start up. any ideas?

      The software counter memory PCB and the software counter value stored in SRAM are found inconsistent. Or faulty EEPROM.
