OCE VarioLink 3622 regarding Administrator Password

Hi, i would like to ask if is there anyway how to reset Administrator Password. I can't access the Administrator Password so i go to Administrator Password Setting. I input 12345678 for New Password but when i try to Re-input Password, the operation panel just hang. Hope you can give me some advice. Thank you very much.

I think OCE is part of Canon now, so you might try asking in that forum if you haven't already.
