is there any setting available to display prepare new drum Warning msg like toner waring msg?
in IR-a-c2225i there is an option in service level2 P-CRG-LF if this is 1 will get a warning msg in the display itself once its reaches yield or life

We get anywhere up to 250k plus on that series. I run them until it wears through the coating. Last call was for waste toner bottle full and it just barely wore through the coating a bit on rear side. This drum is nothing like the C22XX or C20XX series.

yes i agree with u but the problem is we dont want the customer to continue with the drum once its reaches the drb1 or LF COUNTER .even though its working fine.

Do you use imageWARE remote?

I have it setup for meter collection, but it can actively read the part counters if you have it setup
