Good morning...

Customer had Canon IRC 2620 working fine except when he try to make copy duplex using ADF the paper Jam ADF when it try to copy another face of the paper.

I cleaned all rollers and try to adjust the distance of Reverse delivery flapper position using reverse delivery unit screw... but not fixed the problem.

any ideas.

You could replace the ADF sep pad but that adf was a pile
