    iR6570 Intermittent copy quality

    Hi guys,
I have a 6570 that is giving the customer poor CQ at times. By the time I get out to the customer, the copies look great. I can run 100 copies and they're all fine. (This has now happened 3 times.) They have also complained of wrinkling. Again, no wrinkles for me.

Unfortunately, I don't have any service records for this machine. (Picked it up from another service co.) It has about 600K on it. I'm not sure when the coronas were replaced. The fuser looks to be in good shape.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks in advance.

You can check out jam and error codes in service mode. lots of info in there... especially if you don't see the problem yourself... Intermittent problems can be very hard to track down... * 2+8 *

Rewire the coronas and replace the lower fuser roller. It comes with the bearings on it.
