can't fix error E005 canon c2050

I reseted the counter for the web fuser and the error doesn't go away, and I don't find the sensor to check it out could someone tell me where to look for that sensor or any other way to get rid of that error

I am assuming that you installed a new cleaning web...?

Yes I did, and also reset under misc for the Web fuser

Did you clear the error in service mode: SM- Copier/Function/Clear/ERR
Also there is a flag that rides on the web that needs to be on the inside of the web.
The flag is located on the front of the cleaning unit.
