cassette 3 and 4 not reading in Canon ir5050

i just buy canon ir 5050 , yesterday i was trying to do some network setting but instead that tray 3 and 4 are not detecting ... showing nothing in that screen about that .... so plzse help me to detect them and i want to connet ir 5050 via Lan cable so tell me setting for this also ... when i connect LAN cable Machine restart automaticaly .. thxxx in adavance ... and if possible send me link for Service Manual for ir 5050
