I have a strange one to ask, I have a third party software and hardware setup, that issues out swipe cards to students for use on our copiers as a prepaid system. They swipe the card through the reader, it simply unlocks the device, the students make their copies and the amount is deducted from their balance.
The issue i have is that the software does not have a costing table that includes a price allocation for A3, so i was wondering or rather hoping that there is a way of setting up the counter to click 1 x A3 as 2 x A4. I have been told that it can be done but no one can give me instructions on how it's done.
Anyone who can shed some light on this will be a life saver, any ideas will be much appreciated.
