My printer is having an issue. I have replaced the right side print head 3 time in the last 6 months. It's not like I am killing the printing though. I run a small shop. Any way It keeps telling me to run a cleaning and if that dosen't work to replace "again"!
I did notice that most of the lines on the right head were full of air to begin with Took cover off) so I did a head replacement and it filled the tubes. Btw, all ink carts are at least half full.
I ran both A and B cleaning several times to no avail. I went into service mode and it printed a service sheet just fine? Now I am confused.
Where do I go from here? I certainly cant replace a head every 2 months!
