Machine sees finisher, stapler and hole punch. Not in limited function mode. If I set to staple, copies come out on tray A unstapled. Same if I set to hole punch. If I change tray designation to exit to tray B, everything still comes out unstapled or unpunched onto tray A. This is from the copier. If the customer tries the same jobs from the computer, it works fine; stapler, hole punch and whatever tray they select. What am I missing? Is there a conflict somewhere? TIA
