canon ir5570 toner falling in transfer

hello ,

kindly im facing this problem always in a lots of canon ir5570 i always saw toner black falls on transfer assembly , i cleaned all the corna's wire's and also the pre-transfer wires and i changed it and still facing same problem .



i cleaned all the ozon filters ,and fans .i debut in HV-PCB any one agree me

Why do you not think its normal to have some? The 6075 addressed it with a belt, belt gives several advantages. If you think its too much, polish the drum and change the blade. Check cleaning assembly, make sure screw can move freely. if primary and transfer assembly's have 1 million then REPLACE them.

Having a little is normal. A lot is not normal. If it falls on paper then it is not normal. If you are talking about a pile instead of small coating you have a problem in your cleaning assembly somewhere. I take a can of air to clean the transfer sep assembly. If you post a picture we can tell you if it is normal or not.

Yea its falling alots also when i remove the pre transfer it was fulled in toner ,today i changed the blade cleaning assambley eth its exposure led and the machine is under test now

Yeah if the pre transfer is full of toner than there you go. I wouldn't put aftermarket toner in these. I would expect the pre transfer to fill up quick with " bad toner"
