Canon IR C2880i Black Drum Unit Replacement Instructions

Holy Crap!! I am about to go out and replace a customers drum unit in a Canon IR C2880i and realized,
I don't know how to get to the drums to do this. It was obvious when I saw their copies/prints that it was the black drum causing the lines.
But I didn't check out the machine close enough to see how to even get to the Drums.
First time on this machine, obviously. So I could use a little help here. thanks

I just downloaded the service manual and got the instructions.
Any tips that would be helpful?

You open the front cover. There is a small cover on the right of the toners, remove it. Behind that cover, there is a black handle with a white button. You depress it, which allows you to move the black handle down clockwise. That opens the right side door if you haven't done so. You only need to remove 2 screws. One on the left-hand side about midway down. The other is next to that white button, deep within a hole. Once you get those screws out, the drum/ITB/toner slides out. On the right side of the ITB's white cover, there is a button you push, and that releases the ITB. You pull it up and there are your drums! If you are standing in front of the machine, the side closest to you on the drums will have a sliding lock mechanism, make sure you unlock to remove and lock back up when you're done.
