    ir1730 load paper issue

    I am looking for a tech pub from canon in regards to this issue. Tech pub 16034 is the info I have. Any help would be appreciated. I replaced the tray 1 pick up assembly with no luck.

      Maybe the switches that detect the casette size work wrong because of there is any cables that is cut

          I think your problem could be the paper size detect unit PART #FM4 6571
