[Misc] Load Paper canon ir 6570

I have a ir 6570 that displays load paper U2 even though paper is present in the casette,
the paper tab blink, the casette does not lift. Any help would be appreciated.

This always happen in this series first of all which casette no make this pro,if the 3rd or the 4th easy open the casette out and look in the machine chesce there a small triangle plate bend it down to let the casette lock carefully and rise up,if the problem occuar at the first drawer try to put a peacie of paper under the drawer and check if it rise up.
ps: about the size reading there adjt for casette in service mode make it and put the values labled on the frontdoor
