Canon ir5570 duplex jamming

A strange jaming occuar when trying to make 2 sided ,the paper jamming fastly from first copy jam type delay ps24, i cleaned all the rollers in the duplex and checked all the sensors and still jamming ,i can change the duplex and it will solve ,but i wont i need to discover the bad part ,i spent more than 1hr thinking but without result,will be thankfull if any one help,btw jamming occaur from all the casettes and also bypass ,but from 2nd drawer jammed from one side .

Check the duplex flapper, usually a white one but i think the mod is a black one, on the teeth/fingers of the flapper you will find paper cuts especially on the outside ones, replace the flapper or if they are not too bad, a bit of glass paper and sand down the paper cuts....hope it helps.

Thank u but the paper stopped before pass by the duplex foam roller

Check jam code in service mode and isolate the sensor that frequently showing jam.check clutches and duplex foam rubber.good luck

What do u mean by isolate the sensor ,i already reverse the sensor with another one from duplex

Normally sensors are not a cause for jaming.I mean that if u can find out that sensor u can easily identify the part where jaming occurs

Most likely you have a flat spot on your foam roller.
Rotate it slowly an you should feel it.
Replace foam roller

Thanks the foam roller is not so bad ,i changed the duplex unit it works but i need to discover my problem excatly ill try to fix it at my workshop thanks all
