    [Misc] IR-ADV-8205 PRO

    IS IT POSSIBLE TO DO SINGLE PAGE OFFSET IN BOOKLET FINISHER N1?

    CASE DETAIL: CUSTOMER IS PRINTING SINGLE PAGE FROM ONE FILE THEN THEY OPEN A NEW FILE PRINTING SINGLE PAGE AND AGAIN OPENING A NEW FILE PRINTING 2 PAGES ,IN THIS CASE WHAT IS HAPPENING ALL PRINTOUTS ALL MESHED UP BUT CUSTOMER WANTS THIS IN OFFSET WAY .

    ACTION TAKEN :FUNCTION SETTINGS -COMMON SETTINGS -OFFSET JOB- on (MADE ON FROM OFF)
    BUT STILL ITS NOT HAPPENING.

    IS THERE ANY OTHER SETTINGS AVAILABLE TO MEET THE CUSTOMER REQIUREMENT

              Is Offset Collating also set in driver ?

              When printing single sheets, is it possible to have each sheet offest on the finisher tray_?

              =-O
              Yes, this feature is possible only on units with external finishers.
              There is a service mode setting under SORTER>ADJUST> < 1SHT-SHF > that will offset single sheet print jobs. Set 1SHT-SHF to 1.

                  changed the settings in the service mode issue resolved
