[Jamming] IR2200 jame

hi to all
i have problem in canon IR2200 jamming in two sided
code is 0112 and 0212
this code appear when copy 2 sided always no paper path
and some times appear in 1 side also
i clean separation and change the value of sep in service mode /adj / HVTR
nothing help
also i change paper size from A4 to A4r ..... but it's jamming also
please help

Try an extra wrap on fuser exit flag. Some of those machines are so old they are hard to fix. I only have one or two left and we don't put them on a service contract. If you have a folded corner on duplex that is another problem.

I have had that before with no explain reason. The only way I got around it was to unplug the additional trays #3 and #4.

thanks for replaying
the jam is occurs before paper edge entering fixing unit
that's mean after paper edge left drum unit it's curl up and folded
not entering fixing unit
i hope you understand me

Then your problem is on Fuser side. Check gears/film/pressure roller.

Is your transfer roller stuck ? Take out and clean.

Also clean static eliminator and ensure it is correctly seated.

I had one doing that. Right as it entered the fuser. The guide has a locking tab that was broken. I folded up a piece of paper and put it in the one end to keep that guide in until I came back with another entry guide. If you have another fuser you could try that.
