Sorry, I have never had to work on one of these personal copiers. Most of the time these are sent in to centers to fix. If it is like all the other PCs it has an all-in-one cartridge for toner, developer,and drum. I would take that out and see if anything is wrong with that and then reseat it and see what happens. If it has that few copies on it and that doesn't work I would take it back to where you bought it and complain.
