Canon ADV iR4035 Shade Image

I have this Canon Adv iR4035 machine that is making me crazy...It is constantly giving me Shaded and Banding Prints and Copies.
I have changed everything I could think would be causing this problem, Drum, Developer Unit, HVT, Toner, CCD Unit. Nothing even helped.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated !

Dark Background on the Image for Copies and Prints? including the Void areas
