[Jamming] IR-2530i

while taking A4 duplex jobs paper is jamming (new machine , total counter 2000)

jam code :010D (duplex feeding sensor)

*A4R and A3 duplex is working fine

Action taken
*checked the S7 duplex feed sensor seems ok (connectors & flag springs)
*swapped the duplex clutch cl4 to cl3 but still jamming is happening with A4

Look for duplex clutch

duplex clutch and reversing unit solenoid has no issue

*clutch has been swapped
*full reversing unit with solenoid has been replaced
*still paper jam (010d)

Is it an intermitent jam? In the irc adv 2225.... 010d jam code is caused by solenoid....

Check the pressure between black plastic rollers (located on fuser) and the duplex feed roller on the RH door.

ISSUE RESOLVED BY CLEANING THE ROLLERS (FC5-1358-000) IN TH FIXING UNIT ASSEMBLY( TONER ACCUMULATED ON IT ) ,
