    [Misc] rebuilding Canon C5030 fuser

Hello, Im rebuilding a C5030 fuser and wondering what are the normal parts that need to be replaced? Im seeing a lot of these with squeaks and groaning, where is the groan coming from, is that the pressure roller or the fixing film? Wondered if I need to service or replace certain bushings or bearings. Thanks

Usually fixing lower roller, fixing film and bearings.
There are also some bearings on the paper delivery roller that you might want to check out.

Are talking about the small orange roller with the nylon bushings, or possibly brass or roller bearings? I did find those bushings on that orange roller causing noise!

        5030PM Fixer.pdf

Usually we replace the following as routine service,
        FM3-5951-010 -- Fixing Film
        FC8-4906 -- Lower Fuser Roller
        XG9-0172 -- Bearing (x2)
These also may cause noise :-

FU5-1559 -- Paper Delivery Roller Bushings

I've also attached the parts manual for the fixing section (i think it's there as an attachment if not PM me for it)
